M and JC photo booth is owned by a brother and a sister team with a good knowledge in the event rental industry. We are being inspired by our mom whom we have grown from small kids in elementary to seeing being successful as a business owner and running a company. She has 4 businesses that inspired us to be our own boss and take charge of building generational wealth. Our business model is to inspire and motivate and encourage other young adults to laugh, Smile, and enjoy life. Our goal is to simply provide our customers with unparalleled customer service, first-class quality photos, and the largest, most fun, photo booth available at a superb value anywhere in Plano, Texas.

- Is there a deposit required to reserve an event date? Yes. A 15% Deposit
- My event is only two hours long, is there a minimum length of time. Yes. 2 Hours is our minimum length of time.
- I need to reserve a booth for? You can reserve for Anniversaries, Proms, school dance, Fundraisers, Graduation parties, Fight watch parties, Football game gatherings Family reunions, and much more.
- What about the fun props, are they included too? We have a lot of addons
Our Refund Policy
Refund Policy for our 360 Photo Video Booth Rental Services
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so we have established a clear refund policy for our 360 Photo Video Booth rental services.
* Deposits: The deposit amount of (15%) is non-refundable. This deposit secures your event date and helps us prepare the necessary equipment and staffing.
Exceptions:
* In the rare case that we must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, technician illness), we will issue a full refund, including the deposit.
* We may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion if the event is cancelled due to acts of God or other events outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, venue closure).
Rescheduling:
* If you need to reschedule your event date, we will try our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
* A reschedule fee of $50 may apply if the new date requires us to adjust staffing or incur additional costs.
